Most parents realize that a healthy diet is essential to their toddler’s overall well-being and make it a priority to provide regular, nutritious meals. But, for any number of reasons, our toddlers don’t always show their appreciation for our hard work and good intentions.

It’s difficult not to feel like a failure if our child won’t eat. It’s also difficult not to take it personally. The more we persist, however, the more our child resists.
